If your player does not have a team, register them as an individual and they will be placed on a T&C house team with other individuals! Have a friend, neighbor, or relative that you want to play with? Include this on your registration form to have them placed on the same team!

We are accepting individual player registrations for U3-U16 divisions this session, which will begin as early as the week of October 28th, 2024. Read below for more information on individual sign-ups!

Winter 1 Duration:

• 8 Game Session (typically one game per week barring division byes, unexpected weather and holidays)
• Session Begins: As early as the week of 10/28/2024
• Session Ends: Tentatively through Sunday, 1/12/2025
• First Games: All Individual Sign-Ups will be emailed their team placement, volunteer coach information, & first game times at least a week in advance of the first game, after the Bracket Review period has closed.
  • Please ensure the email used to submit the registration is spelled correctly on the form & checked frequently as all communications will be sent via email.

Winter 1 Divisions:

• U3 - U4 COED
• U5 - U6 COED
• U8 Girls, U10 Girls, U12 Girls, U14 Girls, U16 Girls
• U8 Boys, U10 Boys, U12 Boys, U14 Boys, U16 Boys
• Please note that all T&C house teams will be placed in the lowest division for each age group, but this can vary.

Division Days of Play:

• U3 - U4 COED: Sundays
• U5 - U6 COED: Saturdays
• U8 Girls, U10 Girls, U12 Girls, U14 Girls, U16 Girls: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays
• U8 Boys, U10 Boys, U12 Boys, U14 Boys, U16 Boys: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and/or Sundays

Individual Player Pricing: 

• U3-U16: $125/individual player (+ registration fees)
  • Price includes Team Placement, Uniform Shirt, & Referee Fees
  • Please note: Once players are accepted we cannot issue a refund.

Volunteer Coaches: We require all T&C house teams to have a volunteer coach - if you or someone you know would be interested in coaching a team, please indicate so on the registration form or contact us via email.

Individual Player Registration: Registration Deadline is Monday, 10/07/2024. For our Fall Youth Indoor 2024 Session participants: You will have priority consideration for acceptance into our Winter 1 Indoor Individual Sign Up Program (registration must be completed and paid in full by the stated deadline above).

• No spectator entry fees!
• Concessions available with drinks, snacks, hot foods, and variety of beer/seltzers!
• Game Location:
  • All U3 - U4 games will be played on our Wall-less 5v5 Turf - "St. Elizabeth" Field
  • All U5 - U10 games will be played on our Small Indoor Turf - "Assured Partners" Field
  • All U12 - U16 games will be played on our Large Indoor Turf - "DDX Transport" Field
• Who Can Register as an Individual Player? Our Individual Sign-Up Indoor program is for recreational beginner/recreational experienced players ONLY - all teams formed will play in the lowest division for each age group.
• What requests/comments can I include on the registration? Parents can request any individual players and/or coaches for placement in their respective age group/gender. (Please note - we cannot move a player DOWN an age group, but we can move a player UP an age group. We will have to manually move them so please contact us to confirm). Parents CANNOT request specific days of play for game scheduling. 
• Holiday Scheduling: Games will be scheduled during Spring Break. We will not schedule games on Easter.
• Are there practices? There are no practices with our indoor leagues - just games. Please review our Indoor Rules & Policies for additional league information.
• Do you offer refunds? Once your player has been accepted & placed into our league, we are no longer able to issue a refund. Refunds will be made if we are unable to accept your player, or if you request a refund prior to the deadline.
